LOCKABLE  This door lock provides some basic security for your greenhouse.

LOW THRESHOLD Elites low threshold design avoids a trip hazard and is ideal for walking in and out of the greenhouse with pots and grow bags. The door(s) lowered into Elites aluminium base making the door(s) taller and your use of the greenhouse easier and with the cambered sill the design and look are a great standard feature on the Elite range.

CANTILEVER Additional strength to your greenhouse framework can be provided by the aluminium T bars which are available in 12, 24 or 36 lengths and used as eave or ridge bracing.

ROOF VENT  Elite include at least one manual roof vent as standard on every greenhouse and lean-to. The larger the greenhouse then the more vents can be included and, depending upon what the greenhouse is going to be used for, additional ventilation can be purchased. An excellent accessory is a Louvre window. Elite offer a 5 blade and 10 blade Louvre (the 10 blade is available only on the Elite Titan range) and both glazed with toughened safety glass as standard and aluminium or polycarbonate blades are also an option. Humid and stagnant air can cause condensation and develops disease and mould in plants. By adding a Louvre on the side or rear of your Elite building, fresh air can flow in and encouraged to circulate from various levels. Bar Capping provides a stronger hold for the glazing and adds a decorative finish to any greenhouse. The rubber fin also adds a better water seal between the frame and glass. Capping is used in addition to wire clips so in effect will add double protection which is ideal in more exposed areas. The capping can be simply screwed into position using colour coded screws which do not leave any unsightly silver screw heads on show. Not recommended with overlapping glass.

INTEGRAL BASE  Elite only supply bases made from aluminium which removes the fear of rust, rot or warping and can also be powder coated to suit any greenhouse, unlike other base materials.

 GUTTER  The aluminium gutters are built-in as standard, adding additional strength to the existing structure, and allows for a rainwater kit to be fitted to collect and recycle the rainwater into a barrel which can then be re-used as a great natural food source to help your produce thrive.

 CANOPY SEAL Add extra protection to the apex of the greenhouse. The canopy and seal form an additional barrier against rainfall.

EAVES CORNER  All Elite greenhouse corner bars are extremely strong and will last a lifetime. Part of the reason for its strength are the corner bars (uprights and eave slopes) which have a double box section arrangement which adds a huge amount of rigidity to each profile. Compare this to the cheap aluminium framework on other greenhouses which may fold and bend in severe weather conditions.

CORE-VECT TECHNOLOGY  The strongest glazing bar we have seen on the domestic greenhouse market. The core-vect technology is a block/box glazing bar adding fantastic strength to the building.
