Each building is proudly constructed in Teesdale, the heart of the Pennines, from a galvanised steel box section chassis, fabricated in-house. A galvanised steel sheet is then fitted to the top of the chassis for a weather-resistant base before the timber is attached. The interior walls are formed from moisture resistant MDF, easily decorated if you wish. Walls and floors boast a minimum of 50mm foil-backed closed cell foam insulation while the roof is equipped with 75mm of the same. The outer layer of the timber frame is clad with a 9mm plywood, before the exterior cladding of your choice is added this can be shiplap, machined larch, live edge, or composite board. The roof has a white painted galvanised steel sheet on the inside, overlayed with timber framework and insulation, and then coated with a Plastisol-coated galvanised sheet.

As standard, all models come fitted with electric floor heating, assessed and compliant electric wiring, smoke alarm, integrated fridge, microwave hob, LPG gas Combi Boiler, fully plumbed shower room and many other features of your choosing.

Delivery Lead Times

We are currently estimating that all Fruit Cages, Super Strength, and Garden Polytunnel orders will be despatched in 1-3 working days.

Polytunnel Accessories (including polytunnel covers) will be despatched in 1 -3 working days.

Commercial polytunnels will be despatched in approximately 5- 10 working days. Please ask when ordering.

Please note: Commercial Polytunnels require a forklift or adequate help to offload by hand. Please contact us should you wish to discuss this.

Powder Coated Specials (all other models - Titan, Lean To, Dwarf Walls, Edge, Zenith, Supreme, and Classique) 10-14 Weeks for ALL colours
